Saldan Fidx Shampoo is a prescription medicine. It is used for adjunct treatment of dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, helps reduce scalp flaking, itching and irritation. It belongs to the group of medicines called Topical anti-dandruff/antifungal/keratolytic (exact actives not available).
For external use only. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with Saldan Fidx Shampoo are mild scalp irritation, itching, dryness and burning sensation. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.
Before you start, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney or heart problem, whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every other medicine you take, including supplements and ayurvedic preparations. Some of them can change how Saldan Fidx Shampoo works.

Most side effects of Saldan Fidx Shampoo are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. The ones reported most often are:
Stop the medicine and get help at once for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.
For external use only. Wet hair and scalp, apply adequate amount, massage into scalp to form lather, leave on 3–5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use 2–3 times weekly or as directed by a doctor; reduce frequency once controlled. Avoid contact with eyes.
Anti-dandruff shampoos typically work by reducing Malassezia (yeast) growth on the scalp and/or decreasing scalp scaling by keratolytic action. This helps control flaking, itching and inflammation associated with dandruff.
For external use only. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes; rinse with plenty of water if contact occurs. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation, rash, swelling, or worsening dandruff occurs. Use with caution on broken/abraded skin. Keep out of reach of children.
No significant systemic drug interactions expected with topical shampoo; avoid using multiple irritating scalp products together (e.g., strong chemical treatments) as it may increase irritation.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep cap tightly closed. Do not freeze.
