Hydronic Xp Moisturizing Cream is a medicine. It is used for moisturises, softens dry, rough, dehydrated skin, supportive care in xerosis (dry skin) and to help maintain the skin barrier. It belongs to the group of medicines called Topical emollient and skin protectant.
For external use only. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with Hydronic Xp Moisturizing Cream are mild burning or stinging, itching, redness and irritation. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.
Before you start, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney or heart problem, whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every other medicine you take, including supplements and ayurvedic preparations. Some of them can change how Hydronic Xp Moisturizing Cream works.

Most side effects of Hydronic Xp Moisturizing are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. The ones reported most often are:
Stop the medicine and get help at once for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.
For external use only. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin 1–3 times daily or as needed, especially after bathing and at bedtime. Massage gently until absorbed; can be used on face/body unless irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and broken/infected skin unless advised by a clinician.
A moisturising cream works by hydrating the outer layer of skin and reducing transepidermal water loss by forming an occlusive/protective layer. Emollients smooth the skin surface and help restore the skin barrier, improving dryness and flaking.
Stop use and seek medical advice if severe irritation, swelling, or rash occurs. Avoid applying on open wounds, severely inflamed or infected areas unless prescribed. If product gets into eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children; for external use only.
No known significant drug interactions when used topically as a moisturiser; if using with medicated topical products (e.g., steroids/retinoids), apply as advised and space applications if irritation occurs.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the cap tightly closed.
