Dietary fibre supplement used to help relieve constipation, improve bowel regularity, and support digestive health.

Fibre absorbs water in the intestine and increases stool bulk, which helps stimulate bowel movement and makes stools easier to pass. It can also support healthy gut bacteria and improve overall bowel regularity.

Use as directed on the label or by a doctor. Typically mixed with water/milk/juice and taken immediately; take with plenty of water. Maintain adequate fluid intake during use; separate from other oral medicines by 2 hours if possible.

Bloating, flatulence, abdominal discomfort, nausea, diarrhoea (if excess), constipation (if inadequate water intake)

Ensure adequate water intake to avoid choking or intestinal blockage. Use with caution in people with swallowing difficulties, bowel obstruction/impaction, severe abdominal pain, or persistent change in bowel habits. Stop and consult a doctor if constipation persists beyond 1 week, or if rectal bleeding, severe abdominal pain, or allergic symptoms occur.

May reduce absorption of other oral medicines if taken together (e.g., levothyroxine, iron, digoxin, carbamazepine); keep a 2-hour gap. If formulation contains psyllium, it may affect blood glucose control; monitor if on antidiabetic medicines.

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
