Uses & Benefits
Relief of dentine (tooth) sensitivity due to exposed dentine; helps provide rapid and ongoing protection against sensitivity pain during hot, cold, sweet or touch triggers.
How It Works
Strontium acetate helps block and occlude exposed dentinal tubules, reducing fluid movement that triggers sensitivity pain. Sodium fluoride strengthens enamel and helps prevent tooth decay.
Directions for Use
For adults and children 12 years and over: brush twice daily (and not more than 3 times) with a pea-sized amount, preferably after meals. Spit out after brushing; do not swallow. For rapid relief, apply a small amount to the sensitive tooth with a fingertip and gently massage for 1 minute, up to twice daily (as per label). Children under 12: use on dentist/doctor advice.
For external use only. Do not swallow; if excessive fluoride toothpaste is swallowed seek medical advice. Stop use and consult a dentist/doctor if irritation occurs, symptoms persist/worsen, or if swelling/rash develops. Not recommended for children under 12 unless advised. Sensitive teeth may indicate an underlying problem requiring prompt care; consult a dentist if pain continues.
Drug Interactions
No clinically significant drug interactions expected with normal topical dental use. Avoid concurrent use with other high-fluoride dental products unless advised by a dentist to reduce risk of excess fluoride intake.
