Symptomatic relief of sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion and allergy/cold-related symptoms.

This syrup likely contains anti-allergic and/or decongestant ingredients that reduce histamine-mediated sneezing/runny nose and shrink swollen nasal blood vessels to ease congestion. Exact mechanism depends on the active ingredients present on the label.

Shake well before use. Take the measured dose using a spoon/cup as advised by a doctor/pharmacist. Can be taken with or without food; if stomach upset occurs, take after food. Do not exceed the recommended dose and avoid combining with other cough/cold medicines unless advised.

Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, constipation, headache, blurred vision, restlessness

May cause drowsiness—avoid driving/operating machinery. Use with caution in children, elderly, glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urinary retention, liver or kidney disease, asthma/COPD, hyperthyroidism, hypertension and heart disease. Do not use longer than advised; seek medical help if symptoms persist, fever develops, or breathing difficulty occurs. Avoid use with MAO inhibitors (or within 14 days of stopping them).

Store below 25°C, in a cool dry place away from direct light. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
