Prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency, nutritional support for bone health, adjunct in osteoporosis/osteopenia, support during increased requirements (elderly, postmenopausal women, pregnancy/lactation as advised)

Calcium is essential for bone mineralization and normal functioning of nerves and muscles. Vitamin D3 increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate and helps maintain adequate calcium levels for healthy bones.

Tablet for oral use. Take as directed by physician/label, usually once daily after food with water; do not exceed recommended dose. If also taking iron/thyroid medicines/antibiotics, keep a gap of 2–4 hours.

Constipation, stomach upset, nausea, bloating, flatulence

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism or sarcoidosis. Avoid taking other calcium/vitamin D supplements concurrently unless advised. Seek medical advice if symptoms of high calcium occur (vomiting, excessive thirst/urination, confusion).

Levothyroxine, tetracyclines (e.g. doxycycline), fluoroquinolones (e.g. ciprofloxacin), bisphosphonates (e.g. alendronate), thiazide diuretics, digoxin/other cardiac glycosides, iron supplements

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
