Lubricating eye drops used for relief of dry eyes, burning, irritation, and foreign body sensation due to tear deficiency or environmental factors.
Lubricant (artificial tear) eye drops supplement the natural tear film and form a protective moisture layer over the eye surface. This reduces dryness and irritation and improves comfort.
For ophthalmic use only. Instill 1–2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by a doctor. Wash hands before use, avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface, and remove contact lenses before instillation unless advised otherwise (reinsert after 15 minutes if permitted).
Temporary burning/stinging, blurred vision, eye redness, watering, eye irritation
Stop use and consult a doctor if eye pain, vision changes, persistent redness/irritation, or symptoms worsen. Do not use if seal is broken or solution changes color/turns cloudy. Use with caution in contact lens wearers (check if product is compatible). If using other eye medicines, keep a 10–15 minute gap. For external use in eyes only.
No significant systemic drug interactions expected with ophthalmic lubricants. Concurrent use with other eye drops/ointments may reduce effect; separate by 10–15 minutes (ointments last).
Store at room temperature (typically below 25°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep cap tightly closed. Do not freeze. Discard if contaminated; preferably discard within 30 days of opening unless label states otherwise.
