Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), especially when multiple medicines are required to control BP.

This is typically a fixed-dose combination used to lower blood pressure by complementary mechanisms: an angiotensin receptor blocker reduces blood vessel constriction, a calcium channel blocker relaxes vessels, and a diuretic helps remove excess salt and water. Together they reduce peripheral resistance and blood volume to lower BP.

Take by mouth exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food. Swallow tablet whole with water; do not stop abruptly without medical advice.

Dizziness, headache, ankle swelling (edema), flushing, tiredness, low blood pressure, increased urination, nausea, muscle cramps, increased potassium, decreased sodium

May cause dizziness; avoid driving until you know its effects. Monitor blood pressure, kidney function and electrolytes (sodium/potassium). Use with caution in kidney or liver disease, dehydration, heart failure, or history of angioedema. Risk of low BP especially after first dose or with diuretics. Seek urgent care for facial/lip swelling, breathing difficulty, severe dizziness/fainting.

Other antihypertensives (additive hypotension), NSAIDs (reduced effect/renal risk), potassium supplements/salt substitutes or potassium-sparing diuretics (hyperkalemia risk), lithium (toxicity), ACE inhibitors/aliskiren (avoid/monitor—renal risk), alcohol (increased dizziness), CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers if amlodipine present

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and light. Keep in original blister pack and out of reach of children.
