Used for scabies and lice infestation; helps relieve itching and irritation associated with parasitic skin infections.

Permethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that kills mites and lice by disrupting their nerve cell function, leading to paralysis and death of the parasites. Regular use helps clear infestation and reduces itching once the parasites are eradicated.

For external use only. Wet skin, apply soap and lather over affected areas, leave on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use as directed by a doctor; in scabies, treatment is usually combined with permethrin lotion/cream and treatment of close contacts.

Mild burning or stinging, itching, redness, dryness, rash, skin irritation

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken skin. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation or allergic reaction occurs. In scabies, wash/heat-dry clothes, bedding, and towels to prevent reinfestation. Use in infants/young children, during pregnancy or breastfeeding only on medical advice.

No clinically significant drug interactions expected with topical permethrin soap; avoid concurrent use of other harsh/irritant topical products on the same area unless advised.

Store at room temperature (below 30°C), in a cool dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
