Topisal-MF 3% Ointment is a combination of four medicines: Clobetasol, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid and Urea which treat eczema and psoriasis. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid and Urea are keratolytic medicines which break down keratin clumps, remove dead skin cells and soften the skin. They also enhances the absorption of Clobetasol into the skin.

For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected area as advised by the doctor; avoid contact with eyes, mouth and broken skin unless directed. Wash hands before and after application.

Burning, stinging, itching, redness, dryness, irritation

For external use only. Do not apply on face/groin/underarms unless prescribed. Avoid occlusive dressings unless advised. Prolonged use over large areas may cause skin thinning and other steroid-related effects if product contains a corticosteroid. Stop and seek medical advice if severe irritation, allergy, or infection occurs.

Using other topical medicines/irritants on the same area may increase irritation; occlusive dressings can increase absorption

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from heat and direct light. Keep cap tightly closed and out of reach of children.
