Topp 40 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Topp 40 Tablet is recommended.<br>However, the use of Topp 40 Tablet is not advised along with other medicines used for the treatment of Helicobacter Pylori infection.
Topp 40 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Topp 40 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Topp 40 Tablet is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Topp 40 Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.
