Truderma Gentle Foam Cleanser is a medicine. It is used for gentle daily facial cleanser for removing dirt, excess oil, impurities, suitable for sensitive skin and as a supportive cleanser in acne-prone skin routines. It belongs to the group of medicines called Non-medicated topical cleanser (surfactant-based).
For external use only. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with Truderma Gentle Foam Cleanser are mild dryness, skin irritation, redness and itching. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.
Before you start, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney or heart problem, whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every other medicine you take, including supplements and ayurvedic preparations. Some of them can change how Truderma Gentle Foam Cleanser works.

Most side effects of Truderma Gentle Foam Cleanser are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. The ones reported most often are:
Stop the medicine and get help at once for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.
For external use only. Wet face, take a small amount, lather gently over face/neck for 20–30 seconds and rinse thoroughly. Use 1–2 times daily or as directed by a dermatologist; avoid contact with eyes.
A mild foaming surfactant system lifts and emulsifies sebum, sunscreen and pollutants so they can be rinsed away. Gentle cleansers help maintain the skin barrier by minimizing stripping of natural lipids compared with harsh soaps.
Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation, swelling or rash occurs. Avoid use on broken/infected skin unless advised. Avoid eye contact; rinse with water if it occurs. If you have known allergy to any cosmetic ingredients, patch test before first use. Keep out of reach of children.
Store at room temperature (below 30°C), away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep cap tightly closed; do not freeze.
