Topical sunscreen/photoprotective lotion used to help prevent sunburn and reduce sun-induced skin damage (tanning, photoageing) from UVA/UVB exposure.
Sunscreen lotions form a protective film on the skin. UV filters absorb, reflect or scatter UVA/UVB rays, reducing penetration into the skin and helping prevent UV-induced damage.
For external use only. Apply generously and evenly to exposed skin 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2–3 hours and after swimming, sweating or towel-drying. Avoid contact with eyes and broken/irritated skin.
Mild burning/stinging, redness, itching, dryness, rash, acneiform eruptions, allergic contact dermatitis
Stop use and consult a doctor if rash, swelling or persistent irritation occurs. Patch test on sensitive skin. Avoid eye contact; rinse with water if it occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Not for application on severely inflamed/broken skin. If used on children, use under adult supervision.
No significant systemic drug interactions expected with topical sunscreen; avoid layering with other irritating topicals (retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, benzoyl peroxide) if it causes irritation.
Store at room temperature (below 25–30°C), away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep cap tightly closed to prevent contamination and drying.
