Nutritional supplement used to prevent or treat vitamin, mineral and antioxidant deficiencies; supports energy and stamina, immunity, general weakness and fatigue, recovery after illness, and eye/brain/heart health (omega-3, lutein).

Provides essential vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants that help correct dietary deficiencies and support normal metabolism and energy production. Iron, folate and vitamin B12 support red blood cell formation; vitamin D and minerals support bone health. Herbal/antioxidant components (ginseng, green tea, grape seed, ginkgo, bioflavonoids) help reduce oxidative stress and support circulation and cognition; probiotics support gut flora.

Oral capsule/tablet (as marketed). Typically 1 capsule/tablet once daily after food, or as directed by the physician. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed recommended dose.

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in: bleeding disorders or if taking blood thinners (ginkgo/omega-3 may increase bleeding risk); diabetes (ginseng may alter glucose); thyroid disorders (contains iodine); iron overload conditions (hemochromatosis) or history of peptic ulcer/active gastritis (iron may irritate). Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant/breastfeeding or taking other supplements/medicines, consult a doctor to avoid excess intake and interactions.

Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, acenocoumarol, aspirin, clopidogrel) may increase bleeding risk with ginkgo/omega-3; antidiabetic medicines/insulin (ginseng may enhance hypoglycemia); levothyroxine (minerals/iron may reduce absorption—separate by 4 hours); tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics and bisphosphonates (iron/magnesium/calcium reduce absorption—separate by 2–6 hours); antacids/PPIs may reduce iron absorption; other multivitamins/vitamin D or iron products may increase risk of excess.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep container tightly closed.
