Prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis/osteopenia, bone health support in elderly and postmenopausal women, supplementation during pregnancy and lactation (if prescribed), supportive therapy in fracture healing

Calcium provides the essential mineral required for bone and teeth mineralisation and normal muscle/nerve function. Vitamin D3 increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate and helps maintain bone strength. Zinc supports bone formation and tissue repair.

Tablet; take as directed by physician, usually once daily after food. Swallow with water; do not crush/chew unless advised. Maintain a gap of 2–4 hours from iron, thyroid medicines, or certain antibiotics.

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcaemia, hyperparathyroidism, sarcoidosis, or vitamin D toxicity. Do not exceed recommended dose; prolonged high intake may cause hypercalcaemia (thirst, frequent urination, confusion). Ensure adequate hydration. If on other calcium/vitamin D products, avoid duplication.

Levothyroxine (reduced absorption), tetracyclines and quinolones (reduced antibiotic absorption), bisphosphonates (reduced absorption), thiazide diuretics (risk of hypercalcaemia), digoxin (arrhythmia risk with high calcium), corticosteroids (reduced calcium absorption), anticonvulsants like phenytoin/phenobarbital (reduced vitamin D effect), iron supplements (reduced absorption)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
