This medicine is used in the treatment of neurological conditions, migraine, vertigo, psychiatric conditions, nausea, vomiting, bloating and slow stomach emptying.

This medicine combines 2 active ingredients: Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate. Cinnarizine acts on the brain and nervous system to control the symptoms of your condition. Dimenhydrinate settles the stomach and blocks the signals that trigger nausea and vomiting, and helps the stomach empty at a normal rate.

Use this medicine as your doctor has directed. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Drowsiness, Dizziness, Nausea, Dry mouth, Headache, Loose motions, Restlessness

Do not stop this medicine suddenly without asking your doctor. This medicine causes drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you. Report any change in mood, sleep or behaviour. Use it for the shortest period that works. These medicines are not intended for long-term daily use. Report any unusual muscle stiffness, tremor, restlessness or uncontrolled movements of the face or limbs at once — stop and contact your doctor. Tell your doctor if you have a heart rhythm problem; some of this group affect the heart's electrical timing. Persistent vomiting needs a diagnosis. Do not keep suppressing it without seeing a doctor, especially with abdominal pain, fever or blood.

Alcohol and other sedating medicines add to the drowsiness. Antifungals, some antibiotics and heart-rhythm medicines increase the risk of rhythm problems when combined. Adds to the drowsiness of alcohol and sedatives.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
