Nutritional supplement used to prevent or treat vitamin and mineral deficiencies, support general health, energy and recovery in deficiency states.

Provides essential vitamins and/or minerals that act as cofactors in metabolism, red blood cell formation, nerve function and immune support. Replenishing deficiencies helps restore normal physiological functions.

Tablet: Take as advised by the physician/dietician. Generally taken once daily after food with water; do not exceed recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, metallic taste, headache

Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones (if contains vitamin C/calcium), iron overload disorders (if contains iron) and hypervitaminosis. Do not take multiple vitamin products simultaneously unless advised. If you are on long-term medicines or have chronic illness, consult a doctor. Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.

Levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours if iron/calcium present), tetracyclines/quinolones antibiotics (reduced absorption with iron/calcium/magnesium; separate by 2–6 hours), antacids (affect absorption), warfarin (vitamin K-containing products may reduce effect), methotrexate/phenytoin (folate interactions)
