Productive (wet) cough, chest congestion with mucus, acute/chronic bronchitis, cough with wheeze due to airway spasm in respiratory tract infections

Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens thick mucus to aid expectoration. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant that increases airway secretions and helps clear phlegm. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator (beta2-agonist) that relaxes airway muscles to relieve wheezing and improve airflow.

Oral syrup; shake well before use. Take the prescribed dose using a measuring cup/spoon, preferably after food; maintain adequate fluid intake. Dose and duration as advised by the doctor (commonly 2–3 times daily depending on age).

Nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, tremor, palpitations, nervousness, throat irritation, rash

Use with caution in heart disease/arrhythmias, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizure disorders, and in patients with severe liver or kidney impairment. Do not exceed prescribed dose; seek medical help if breathing worsens, high fever persists, or there is blood in sputum. Not recommended for dry cough without mucus unless advised by a clinician.

Beta-blockers (may reduce bronchodilator effect), other sympathomimetics (increased side effects), diuretics/corticosteroids/xanthines like theophylline (risk of low potassium), MAO inhibitors/tricyclic antidepressants (enhanced cardiovascular effects), antitussives like codeine/dextromethorphan (may hinder mucus clearance)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the bottle tightly closed; keep out of reach of children.
