NSAID-related risks: stomach ulcer/bleeding, kidney injury, and fluid retention; use caution in elderly, those with peptic ulcer history, kidney/liver disease, heart failure, or uncontrolled hypertension. Pregabalin may cause dizziness/somnolence and can increase risk of falls; caution with driving/operating machinery. Do not discontinue abruptly (withdrawal symptoms possible). Seek urgent care for severe abdominal pain/black stools, breathing difficulty, facial swelling/rash, or suicidal thoughts/mood changes.
