Management of acute and persistent diarrhoea (as adjunct to ORS), restoration of gut flora during/after antibiotic use, supportive care in indigestion/bloating due to dysbiosis, zinc supplementation when dietary intake is inadequate

Zinc helps restore intestinal mucosal integrity and supports immune function, which can reduce duration and severity of diarrhoea. Probiotics replenish beneficial gut microorganisms and help normalize bowel movements, while prebiotics promote growth of good bacteria in the intestine.

Oral tablet. Take as advised by the physician; typically taken after food. Swallow with water. If used with antibiotics, keep a gap of 2 hours between the antibiotic and this product.

Nausea, abdominal discomfort, bloating, gas, constipation, metallic taste

Use with caution in patients with severe vomiting/dehydration or bloody diarrhoea—seek medical care. Avoid excessive zinc supplementation as it may cause copper deficiency with long-term high doses. Use caution in immunocompromised patients or those with central venous catheters when taking probiotics (rare risk of infection). If symptoms persist beyond 2-3 days, consult a doctor.

Antibiotics (reduced probiotic effectiveness—separate dosing), Tetracyclines (zinc reduces absorption—separate by 2-3 hours), Quinolones (zinc reduces absorption—separate by 2-4 hours), Penicillamine (reduced absorption—separate by at least 2 hours), Iron/calcium supplements (may reduce zinc absorption—separate if needed)

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from moisture and direct light. Keep container tightly closed.
