Tablet

Relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, backache, sprain/strain, dental pain and post-operative pain.

Aceclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (COX inhibition). Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effect mainly via central inhibition of pain and fever pathways, offering additive pain relief.

Tablet to be taken as prescribed by the doctor. Commonly taken after food to reduce stomach upset; swallow whole with water. Do not exceed the prescribed dose, and avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products concurrently.

Acidity/heartburn, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, rash, increased liver enzymes

Use with caution in history of stomach ulcer/bleeding, severe gastritis, kidney or liver disease, asthma/NSAID allergy, and in elderly patients. NSAIDs may increase risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and cardiovascular events with prolonged use/high doses. Stop and seek medical help if black stools, vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling, or severe skin rash occurs. Do not use in severe hepatic impairment; avoid overdose of paracetamol due to risk of serious liver injury.

Alcohol (increases GI bleed and liver risk), anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel), other NSAIDs, corticosteroids, SSRIs/SNRIs (bleeding risk), antihypertensives/diuretics (reduced effect and kidney risk), methotrexate, lithium, cyclosporine/tacrolimus (nephrotoxicity), ACE inhibitors/ARBs

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
