Tablet

Relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, back pain, sprain/strain, dental pain, post-operative pain, and other musculoskeletal inflammatory conditions.

Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclo‑oxygenase (COX) enzymes and lowering prostaglandin production. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic action by acting centrally. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps reduce tissue swelling and inflammation.

Tablet for oral use. Take as prescribed by a doctor, preferably after food with water. Do not crush/chew. Avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products simultaneously unless advised.

Use with caution in patients with stomach/duodenal ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, asthma, kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, hypertension, or bleeding disorders. NSAIDs may increase risk of GI bleeding and cardiovascular events; seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, chest pain, or severe breathlessness. Do not exceed recommended dose or duration; overdose of paracetamol can cause severe liver damage. Avoid in known hypersensitivity to NSAIDs/paracetamol/serratiopeptidase.

Alcohol, anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel), other NSAIDs, corticosteroids, SSRIs/SNRIs, antihypertensives (ACE inhibitors/ARBs, diuretics), lithium, methotrexate, cyclosporine/tacrolimus, digoxin, other paracetamol-containing medicines

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
