Travelling — whether for business or vacation — means being away from your regular pharmacy and doctor. A well-prepared travel health kit ensures you can manage common health issues on the go.

Essential travel medicines include motion sickness tablets (domperidone, dimenhydrinate), ORS sachets (traveller's diarrhea), paracetamol (pain/fever), antihistamines (allergies), loperamide (diarrhea), and a small first aid kit.

For international travel, consider altitude sickness prevention (acetazolamide), antimalarials (if visiting endemic areas), and sunscreen with high SPF. Carry a copy of prescriptions for your regular medications. Keep medicines in carry-on luggage during flights.
