Acecloheal-SP Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and helps support healing.
How to take Acecloheal SP Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Acecloheal-SP Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Missed dose and overdose
If you miss a dose
If you miss a dose of Acecloheal-SP Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
If you take too much
An overdose of this medicine can cause stomach bleeding, kidney failure, drowsiness and fits. It can cause severe and sometimes fatal liver damage, often with no symptoms at all for the first day. It can seriously suppress the bone marrow and damage the liver. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease, history of gastrointestinal bleeding, or heart conditions. Not recommended during pregnancy.
Do not take Acecloheal SP if
Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with an active stomach ulcer, severe kidney or heart failure, or asthma triggered by aspirin or anti-inflammatory painkillers. Not in the third trimester of pregnancy. Not for people with severe liver disease, except under medical supervision. Not for people with an active serious infection, or with severe liver or bone-marrow disease. Several of these medicines must not be used in pregnancy.

May interact with anticoagulants, other NSAIDs, and certain antihypertensive medications.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Do not take Acecloheal-SP Tablet with other medicines containing paracetamol (acetaminophen), such as some cold or fever medicines, unless advised by your doctor. Avoid combining Acecloheal-SP Tablet with other NSAID painkillers unless your doctor recommends it. Avoid alcohol while taking Acecloheal-SP Tablet, as it may increase stomach irritation and the risk of liver damage. Acecloheal-SP Tablet may cause dizziness or drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you. Stay well hydrated while using Acecloheal-SP Tablet, as dehydration may increase the risk of kidney-related side effects. Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, heart disease, asthma, stomach ulcers, or uncontrolled high blood pressure before taking Acecloheal-SP Tablet. Seek urgent medical attention if you notice black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, or unusual bruising. Stop taking Acecloheal-SP Tablet and seek medical help if you develop rash, swelling of the face, or breathing difficulty. Use Acecloheal-SP Tablet only for the duration prescribed, and consult your doctor if pain, swelling, or fever persists despite treatment. Tell your doctor if you are taking blood thinners, steroids, or certain antidepressants that may increase bleeding risk.
