Alzol Suspension is used in the treatment of parasitic worm infections.
Worms enter inside your child’s body when your child eats or drinks something that’s infected with a worm or its eggs. Once inside the body, these worms get attached to the inner walls of the intestines and can even enter other body organs. Alzol Suspension works by keeping the worms from absorbing sugar (glucose), thereby depleting their energy level. This causes the worms to die thereby treating your child’s infection.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Alzol Suspension may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Alzol Suspension. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
