Azelaic Acid 20% w/w + Clindamycin 1% w/w (topical gel/cream)
Treatment of acne (pimples) including inflammatory acne; helps reduce comedones, redness and post-acne marks; may also help in mild rosacea-associated bumps as advised by doctor.
Azelaic acid reduces keratin build-up in pores (comedolytic), decreases acne-causing bacteria and inflammation, and helps fade hyperpigmentation. Clindamycin is a topical antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, reducing Cutibacterium acnes and inflammation.
For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer once daily initially; may increase to twice daily if tolerated or as directed by a doctor. Avoid eyes, lips, inside nose and broken/irritated skin; wash hands after application. Use sunscreen in daytime and moisturiser if dryness occurs.

For external use only. Do not use on broken skin or around eyes/mucosa. Stop and seek medical advice if severe irritation, swelling, or allergic reaction occurs. Prolonged/indiscriminate use of topical antibiotics can lead to resistance—use for the duration advised and avoid combining with other topical antibiotics unless prescribed. Rarely, topical clindamycin may cause antibiotic-associated diarrhoea/colitis; discontinue and consult a doctor if severe or persistent diarrhoea occurs. Use caution in patients with a history of colitis/IBD. Avoid excessive sun exposure; use sunscreen.
