Bepotastine (10mg)
Sneezing and runny nose due to allergies
Bepozal Tablet works by blocking a substance called histamine in your body, which is responsible for causing allergy symptoms like itching, redness, sneezing, watery eyes, and swelling. When you come into contact with something you're allergic to (like pollen or dust), your body releases histamine, leading to these uncomfortable reactions. Bepozal Tablet stops histamine from acting on your cells, helping to relieve allergy symptoms and soothe irritation. It’s like putting a shield on your cells to prevent the allergic reaction from happening.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Bepozal Tablet may be taken with or without food.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Bepozal M Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
