Dermadew Acne Soap contains Tea Tree Oil, Triclosan, Salicylic Acid (exact strengths not available). It belongs to the Keratolytic (salicylic acid) + Antibacterial/antiseptic (triclosan/tea tree oil) class of medicines.
Salicylic acid helps unclog pores by gently exfoliating and removing excess sebum and dead skin cells. Triclosan and tea tree oil provide antibacterial action, helping reduce acne-causing microbes and inflammation.
For external use only. Wet skin, apply soap to create lather, gently massage over face/body acne areas for 20–60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Use 1–2 times daily or as advised; follow with a non-comedogenic moisturizer and sunscreen in daytime.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Dermadew Acne Soap as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Dermadew Acne Soap than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Dermadew Acne Soap are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken/irritated skin. If severe irritation, excessive dryness, rash, or swelling occurs, stop use and consult a doctor. Use with caution on sensitive skin; do not overuse with other exfoliating/anti-acne products to prevent irritation. Keep out of reach of children.
May increase dryness/irritation with concurrent use of topical retinoids (tretinoin/adapalene), benzoyl peroxide, other salicylic acid/AHA scrubs, or alcohol-based astringents.
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture; allow soap to dry between uses.
