Empagliflozin (25mg) + Sitagliptin (100mg)
Treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus
Empazio S 25+100 Tablet is a combination of two medicines, empagliflozin and sitagliptin, which help control blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. Empagliflozin works by helping the kidneys remove extra sugar from the body through urine. Sitagliptin helps the body release more insulin when blood sugar is high and reduces the amount of sugar made by the liver. By working in different ways, these two medicines complement each other and provide better blood sugar control than either medicine alone.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Empazio S 25+100 Tablet may be taken with or without food.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Empazio M XR 25/1000MG Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
