How to take Lotus Herbals Safe Sun SPF 100+ Sports Pro-Defence Sunblock

For external use only. Apply generously and evenly to face/neck and all exposed skin 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating, towel drying or prolonged outdoor activity. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse with water if it occurs.
