Mefenamic Acid 250 mg + Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325 mg (dispersible tablet)
Relief of mild to moderate pain and inflammation such as headache, toothache, earache, muscle/joint pain, backache, sprains/strains, and painful menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhoea); fever associated with pain.
Mefenamic acid is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (COX inhibition). Paracetamol reduces fever and relieves pain by acting centrally and decreasing prostaglandin-mediated signaling.
Dispersible tablet: dissolve the tablet in a small amount of water and consume immediately. Take after food to reduce stomach upset. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration as advised by a doctor; avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products concurrently.

NSAIDs can cause stomach bleeding/ulceration; stop and seek medical help for black stools, blood vomit, severe abdominal pain, swelling, breathing difficulty or severe rash. Do not exceed recommended dose; paracetamol overdose can cause severe liver injury.
