Mefenamic Acid 100 mg + Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 250 mg per 5 ml
Fever with body ache, mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, earache, sore throat, musculoskeletal pain, and pain associated with inflammation
Paracetamol reduces fever and pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain. Mefenamic acid is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting COX enzymes and lowering prostaglandin levels.
Oral syrup/suspension: Shake well before use. Measure dose with a measuring cup/spoon and give as prescribed by the doctor, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Do not exceed the recommended dose or use for prolonged periods without medical advice.

Not recommended in children below 6 months unless prescribed. Use with caution in asthma, history of stomach ulcer/bleeding, kidney disease, liver disease, dehydration, or heart disease. NSAIDs may increase risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and kidney injury, especially with prolonged use or high doses. Stop and seek medical help if allergic reaction, black stools, vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain, skin rash/blistering, or breathing difficulty occurs. Avoid using multiple paracetamol-containing products together to prevent liver damage.
