How to take Metfin Tablet

Missed dose and overdose

Take the missed dose of Metfin as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.

| Alcohol | Metfin Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions). |
| Kidney | Metfin Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Metfin Tablet is recommended.<br>Patients undergoing kidney dialysis should take this medicine after the dialysis treatment. |
| Liver | Metfin Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Metfin Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. |
