Mirtazapine 7.5 mg (as mirtazapine) tablet
Treatment of major depressive disorder (depression); may also help associated anxiety and insomnia as advised by a doctor.
Mirtazapine is an antidepressant that enhances noradrenergic and serotonergic neurotransmission by blocking central presynaptic alpha-2 receptors. It also blocks certain serotonin receptors (5-HT2/5-HT3) and histamine H1 receptors, which can reduce nausea and may cause sedation.
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Usually taken once daily at bedtime due to drowsiness; can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet with water; do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
Common side effects of Mirtajoy 7.5 Tab may include:

Prescription-only antidepressant. May cause sedation—avoid driving/operating machinery until you know its effect. Monitor for worsening depression, suicidal thoughts, or unusual behavior changes especially in young adults. Use caution in elderly (falls), liver or kidney disease, epilepsy, bipolar disorder/mania, glaucoma, and heart disease. Rare risk of low white blood cells (seek care for fever/sore throat) and serotonin syndrome (agitation, sweating, tremor). Do not stop abruptly; taper as advised.
