Montelukast 10 mg + Fexofenadine 120 mg (per tablet)
Allergic rhinitis (seasonal/perennial) with symptoms like sneezing, runny/blocked nose, itchy/watery eyes; allergy-related nasal congestion and urticaria (hives) as prescribed.
Fexofenadine is a non-sedating antihistamine (H1 blocker) that reduces histamine-mediated allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching and watery eyes. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks leukotrienes responsible for inflammation, mucus production and nasal blockage.
Tablet for oral use. Take as prescribed, usually once daily (often in the evening) with water; can be taken with or without food. Avoid taking with fruit juices (apple/orange/grapefruit) and keep a gap from antacids containing aluminium/magnesium.

Use with caution in liver disease. Montelukast has been associated with mood/behaviour changes (agitation, anxiety, sleep disturbances, depression, suicidal thoughts); stop and seek medical help if such symptoms occur. Not meant for acute asthma attacks. If you have kidney disease, heart rhythm issues, or are elderly, use under medical advice. Do not exceed prescribed dose.
