How to take Nexna Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nexna TX Tablet should be taken with or after food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Nexna TX Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

Taking more Nexna than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Store Nexna below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.

Nexna TX Tablet helps prevent or reduce heavy bleeding post surgery and in conditions such as heavy periods, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and nosebleeds. Your doctor will prescribe the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time necessary to relieve your symptoms. If taking for heavy periods, take it on the first day as taking it before or after will not have any benefit. Your doctor may monitor your vision regularly while you are taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have a history of kidney or liver disease. Inform your doctor if there is no improvement in your bleeding after using this medicine for three consecutive periods.
