Composition

Pantoprazole (as enteric-coated pellets) 40 mg + Domperidone (as sustained/modified release) 30 mg

Uses of Panalto-Dsr Cap

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acidity/heartburn, indigestion (dyspepsia), nausea and vomiting associated with acid reflux

How it works

Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid by blocking the gastric H+/K+ ATPase pump. Domperidone is a peripheral dopamine (D2) receptor antagonist that increases gastric motility and helps relieve nausea/vomiting, improving reflux symptoms.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule as prescribed, usually once daily 30 minutes before food (preferably before breakfast). Swallow whole; do not crush or chew (contains enteric-coated/SR components).
