Uses of Rexizole B Cream

Used for fungal skin infections with associated inflammation/itching such as ringworm (tinea corporis), jock itch (tinea cruris), athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), and candidal intertrigo (as prescribed).

How it works

REXIZOLE B Cream is typically an antifungal combination product. The antifungal component stops growth of fungi by damaging their cell membrane, while the added anti-inflammatory component reduces redness, swelling and itching.

Directions for use

For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer to the affected skin as advised by the doctor (commonly 1–2 times daily). Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and broken skin; wash hands after application unless hands are the treated area.

Warnings & precautions

Do not use on face/groin/underarms for prolonged periods unless advised. Prolonged or excessive use of steroid-combination creams can cause skin thinning, stretch marks, acneiform eruptions and may worsen or mask infections. Stop and consult a doctor if irritation, worsening, or no improvement in 1–2 weeks. Use with caution in children and during pregnancy/breastfeeding; avoid application on large areas, under occlusion, or near nipples while breastfeeding.
