Seekcaus Silicon Sunscreen Gel contains Silicone gel base with sunscreen agents (exact UV filters and strengths not specified on provided data). It belongs to the Topical sunscreen (UV filters in silicone gel base) class of medicines.
Prevention of sunburn and photodamage; helps protect skin from harmful UVA/UVB rays; suitable for oily/acne-prone skin needing non-greasy sun protection
Sunscreen filters in the gel absorb, reflect or scatter ultraviolet (UVA/UVB) radiation to reduce its penetration into the skin. The silicone gel base forms a smooth, non-greasy film that improves spreadability and cosmetic feel.
For external use only. Apply a generous, even layer on face/neck and other exposed areas 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2–3 hours, and after sweating, swimming, or towel-drying. Can be used under makeup; avoid contact with eyes and broken/irritated skin.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Seekcaus Silicon Sunscreen as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Seekcaus Silicon Sunscreen than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Seekcaus Silicon Sunscreen are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation, swelling, or allergy occurs. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly with water if it occurs. Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection—use protective clothing and limit peak sun exposure. Keep out of reach of children.
No known clinically significant drug interactions with topical sunscreen; avoid layering with other irritating topical products if sensitivity occurs (e.g., strong acids/retinoids)
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the cap tightly closed to prevent contamination and drying.
