Bed-wetting Depression Neuropathic pain
Sensival 25 Tablet increases the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help in regulating the mood and treat depression.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sensival 25 Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
If you miss a dose of Sensival 25 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.\n
Taking more Sensival than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Sensival are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine you take, including over-the-counter products, vitamins and herbal or ayurvedic preparations, before starting Sensival. Some combinations can change how Sensival works or raise the chance of side effects.
Store Sensival below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
Sensival 25 Tablet is used for the treatment of depression and bedwetting in children. The main dose should be taken at night as this drug may cause drowsiness or sleepiness. You may be asked for regular blood tests to monitor the blood cell count or level of sodium and sugar in the blood. Inform your doctor if you notice behavioral changes, mood changes and suicidal thoughts while taking this medicine. Do not drive or do anything that requires concentration until you know how the medicine affects you. Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor. The main dose should be taken at night as this medicine may produce drowsiness or sleepiness. It can take 2 to 3 weeks for Sensival 25 Tablet to start working. You should continue the treatment for at least 6 months after you feel better to stop depression from coming back. If your doctor asks you to stop Sensival 25 Tablet, you should reduce the dose slowly over 4 weeks. You should not discontinue it abruptly. Avoid driving or operating machinery as it may decrease alertness. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Sensival 25 Tablet, as it may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness. The addiction/dependence potential of Sensival 25 Tablet is very less. It may be extremely dangerous in overdose.
