Silotrif M 50mg/8mg Tablet is a combination of mirabegron and silodosin. Mirabegron relaxes the bladder muscles to prevent urgent, frequent, or uncontrolled urination. Silodosin relaxes the muscles of the bladder and prostate.

How to take Silotrif 4 mg Capsule

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Silotrif M 50mg/8mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Silotrif M 50mg/8mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

Taking more Silotrif than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Silotrif M 50mg/8mg Tablet may raise your blood pressure. Monitor your blood pressure regularly. Avoid drinking too much water before going to bed as it will increase your urge to go to the toilet and thus disturb your sleep. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Try to keep your regular appointments with your doctor.
