Vardenafil is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It enhances the effect of nitric oxide by increasing cGMP levels in the penis, improving blood flow during sexual stimulation to help achieve and maintain an erection.
Use as prescribed by a doctor. Typically taken about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity; do not take more than once in 24 hours. Empty the sachet in the mouth and allow to dissolve; avoid chewing; take with or without food (high-fat meals may delay effect). Sexual stimulation is required.

For adult men only. Do not use with nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) or riociguat due to risk of severe hypotension. Use caution in heart disease, recent heart attack/stroke, low blood pressure, severe liver impairment, kidney disease, bleeding disorders, peptic ulcer, and penile deformity. Seek urgent care for chest pain during sex, sudden vision/hearing loss, or erection lasting >4 hours (priapism). Avoid in patients advised against sexual activity by a doctor.
