Treatment of Overactive bladder (oab) symptoms
Solifirst 10mg Tablet is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder to prevent frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Solifirst 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Solifirst as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Solifirst than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Solifirst are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

| Alcohol | Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Solifirst 10mg Tablet. Please consult your doctor. |
| Kidney | Solifirst 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Solifirst 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Solifirst 10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients undergoing kidney dialysis. |
| Liver | Solifirst 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Solifirst 10mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Use of Solifirst 10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. |

Store Solifirst below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
