Spintac 15mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Cinnarizine.

How to take Spintac Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Spintac 15mg/20mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Spintac 15mg/20mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

Taking more Spintac than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Side effects of Spintac Tablet

Most side effects of Spintac are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

Do not take it for longer than 7 days without consulting your doctor. Spintac 15mg/20mg Tablet can only decrease the number and severity of attacks but may not completely stop them.
