Spintac Tablet contains Domperidone (15mg) + Cinnarizine (20mg).
Vertigo
Spintac 15mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Cinnarizine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Spintac 15mg/20mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
If you miss a dose of Spintac 15mg/20mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Taking more Spintac than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Spintac are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine you take, including over-the-counter products, vitamins and herbal or ayurvedic preparations, before starting Spintac. Some combinations can change how Spintac works or raise the chance of side effects.
Store Spintac below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
You have been prescribed Spintac 15mg/20mg Tablet to relieve vertigo (dizziness) and nausea associated with it. It can make you feel dizzy, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down for a long time. Take it at the same time each day to maintain a steady amount of the medicine in your body. Do not take it for longer than 7 days without consulting your doctor. Spintac 15mg/20mg Tablet can only decrease the number and severity of attacks but may not completely stop them.
