How Tadablis Dx works

Tadablis-DX Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.

How to take Tadablis Dx

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tadablis-DX Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Tadablis-DX Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

An overdose of this medicine may be harmful — seek medical advice immediately. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

Most side effects of Tadablis Dx are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.

Expert advice for Tadablis Dx

Take it 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. Do not take it more than once every 24 hours or every day. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Tadablis-DX Tablet affects you. It may cause a sudden drop in your blood pressure. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Inform your doctor if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse. Do not take Tadablis-DX Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months, or stroke, or heart failure in the past 6 months.
