How it works

TamFIL DS Capsule PR is a combination of tamsulosin and deflazacort. Tamsulosin relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck by blocking alpha-1 receptors, helping urine pass more freely. Deflazacort works by reducing inflammation and swelling in the prostate through its corticosteroid action. Together, they improve urine flow and reduce pressure caused by an enlarged prostate.
