Tobramycin (0.3%w/v)
Bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis, blepharitis and keratitis (as prescribed).
If it contains tobramycin, it is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that kills bacteria by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. This helps clear infection and reduces redness, discharge and irritation.
For ophthalmic use only. Instil the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s) as directed by the doctor, usually 3–4 times daily or as advised. Wash hands before use, avoid touching the dropper tip, and keep the eye closed for 1–2 minutes after instillation; remove contact lenses before use and reinsert after 15 minutes (if allowed by doctor).

Do not use if allergic to any ingredient (commonly tobramycin/aminoglycosides). Use only for bacterial infections; misuse may lead to resistance. Avoid touching the tip to any surface to prevent contamination. If pain, worsening redness/swelling, vision changes, or no improvement occurs within 48–72 hours, consult a doctor. Use with caution in pregnancy/breastfeeding and in children unless prescribed. Discard the bottle 4 weeks after opening.
