Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid by blocking the gastric H+/K+ ATPase. Domperidone is a prokinetic/antiemetic that increases gastric motility and helps prevent nausea and reflux by blocking dopamine (D2) receptors peripherally.
Take 1 capsule as prescribed, usually once daily 15–30 minutes before food (preferably before breakfast). Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. Use for the duration advised by the doctor.

Not for self-medication for long durations. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist, bleeding/black stools, unexplained weight loss, or trouble swallowing. Use with caution in liver disease; avoid/use with caution in severe kidney impairment as advised. Domperidone may cause QT prolongation/serious heart rhythm problems—avoid in patients with known prolonged QT, significant heart disease, or electrolyte disturbances; do not exceed prescribed dose. Long-term PPI use may be associated with low magnesium/B12, fractures, and increased infection risk. May mask symptoms of gastric malignancy—evaluate if alarm features present.
