Xolfiz M 5 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Melatonin and Zolpidem which work on your brain to make you feel relaxed and sleepy. Melatonin is a natural hormone which regulates the sleep-wake cycle and helps fall asleep. Zolpidem is a sedative which works by slowing activity of the nerve cells in the brain and helps sleep for longer.
Take the missed dose of Xolfiz M as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Xolfiz M than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Store Xolfiz M below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
