Ondansetron 8 mg (mouth dissolving tablet)
Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and after surgery (post-operative nausea and vomiting).
Ondansetron is a selective 5-HT3 (serotonin) receptor antagonist. It blocks serotonin action in the gut and in the brain’s vomiting centre, thereby reducing nausea and vomiting.
Place the mouth-dissolving tablet on the tongue and allow it to dissolve; swallow with saliva (water not necessary). Use as prescribed by the doctor; may be taken with or without food. Do not chew or crush; handle with dry hands.
Common side effects of ZEVERT MD 8MG may include:

Seek urgent care for palpitations, fainting, severe dizziness, or signs of allergy. Not recommended with apomorphine. May cause drowsiness in some people—avoid driving if affected.
